    Need help from the 4thRock team? Open a support ticket and talk to us from wherever you already are - the website, Discord, or Telegram. It is one conversation: replies show up in all three places, and you can answer from any of them.

    Open a ticket

    On the website: open the support ticket form from your dashboard, give it a short subject and describe the issue. Your ticket thread lives in your dashboard and every reply appears there.

    From Discord: use /ticket create in any server with the 4thRock bot (or in a DM with it). /ticket list shows your tickets, and /help lists everything the bot can do.

    From Telegram: send /ticket to the 4thRock bot and describe your issue - the first line becomes the subject. /tickets lists your open tickets.

    Opening tickets from Discord or Telegram requires a linked account (see below). You can have up to 3 open tickets at a time.

    Get replies as direct messages

    By default, replies only appear on the website. Link your Discord or Telegram to get every reply as a direct message - and to answer without opening the site:

    1. Open your ticket thread on the website. Above the messages you will see Connect Discord and Connect Telegram buttons (they disappear once linked).
    2. Discord takes two steps: authorize on Discord's page, then join our Discord server at discord.gg/snHdUhbCCz. Discord only delivers a bot's direct messages to people who share a server with it, so both steps are required.
    3. Telegram: confirm on Telegram's login page. This also lets the bot message you, so notifications work immediately.

    You can also link any time under Account > Platform Connections in the dashboard. Linking is one-time - after that, every ticket you open notifies you automatically.

    Reply from anywhere

    • Website: type in the ticket thread.
    • Telegram: just reply to the bot's notification message - your reply lands on the ticket.
    • Discord: send a plain DM to the bot (it posts to your most recent open ticket and reacts with a checkmark), or use /ticket reply <number> <message> for a specific one.

    A couple of platform rules to know: Discord DMs require that you share a server with the 4thRock bot and allow DMs from server members. On Telegram, if you declined message access while linking, open the bot and press Start once.

    When a ticket is closed

    You get a message on every linked channel when your ticket is closed or resolved, including the reason if one was given. A closed ticket takes no more replies - open a new one if you need anything else. Resolved tickets can still be replied to if something was not fully fixed.

    Discord moderation commands

    For your own server, the 4thRock bot also includes moderation for anyone with the Manage Messages permission:

    • /delete <message_id> - delete one message from the current channel
    • /purge <count> - bulk-delete up to 100 recent messages

    These are hidden from members without that permission.
